How much do you charge for shipping?

US domestic standard shipping is flat fee of $5.99

Expedited US overnight shipping is $19.95

We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much tax will I be charged on my order?

Items sold on TheLingerieBox.com and shipped to the state of Florida are subject to tax. TheLingerieBox.com maintains a physical presence in the state of Florida, and thus we are required to collect sales tax.

Are my items in stock?

All items are in stock unless it says Special Order Only. Special Order sizes will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from order date. 

Fashion Pre-order Collections, are NOT In Stock collections. It is an exclusive opportunity to preorder a collection that has not hit the stores yet, and will be manufactured in next 3 months. Delivery dates will be announced once the designer announces the manufacturing start date. 

Do you backorder?

Yes. It can happen that we sell out of a specific size and need to restock. We will notify all customers if their order is backordered, and an approximate delivery date. You may choose to cancel your order or, accept the delivery once it is back in stock.

How do I order by mail or fax?

We do not accept orders by mail or fax. Our website is the only location to place orders.

Is gift-wrapping available?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift-wrapping services.

Do you sell Gift Certificates and/or Monthly Subscriptions?

Yes, you can send a Lingerie Box as a gift by selecting the “Send a Gift" page.

Do you ever offer coupons or promotional codes?

Yes, as a member you will get notification when we have a sale or coupon available.

Do you have a Lingerie Box Frequent Buyer Program?

There is no additional frequent buyer program. Lingerie Box is a monthly subscription service. Once you are a member, you will receive a box each month that is worth at least $100 or more. Moreover, you will have exclusive access to our products and an opportunity to preorder collections that have not been manufactured, and not available in stores yet. 

How do I change my membership information?

To change your membership information, please email us at: customerservice@thelingeriebox.com

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us through email with your cancellation request, no less than 14 days before your next box is scheduled to ship.

How do I retrieve lost log-in information?

Try to reset your account using your email address. If that is not successful, please email us at: customerservice@thelingeriebox.com, and we will reset the account for you and provide your log-in information.

Shipping and Returns

When will my order be shipped? 

Your first Lingerie Box will be shipped within 14 days of your subscription start date, and around the same time each month.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a notification of your order being shipped through email. You will receive your tracking number via email, as soon as it becomes available.

Does Lingerie Box accept International orders?

At the moment, we do not accept international orders.

What is the Lingerie Box return policy?

If you do not like the items we selected for you in your monthly box, you can return the items to us and receive a store credit. The store credit can apply towards ordering something from the order list. Buying lingerie online can be tricky.  One of our lingerie experts will reach out to you to assist with finding you the right item and size. Refunds are only in the form of a Store Credit, some exceptions may be considered.  

Who pays for the return shipping? 

You will be responsible for return shipping, however, we will give you store credit in amount of $5.99 to use on your exchange order.

How do I return /exchange something? 

Please email us at customerservice@thelingeriebox.com with your return request. We will provide you with return authorization letter that will include all information on return the items to us.
